Yearly HOA Dues and Fees Schedule
Each property owner is responsible for the $55.00 annual dues. The invoice is sent out in December of the prior year and is due on January 31st.
If dues are not postmarked by January 31st, a late fee of $20.00 is placed on the property account. The total due is now $75.00.
If dues are not postmarked by February 28th, another late fee of $35.00 is placed on the property account. The total due is now $110.00.
If dues are not postmarked by March 31st, another late fee of $55.00 is placed on the property account. The total due is now $165.00.
If dues are not postmarked by April 30th, a lien is placed on the property. The $100.00 lien fee and $38.00 lien filing fee is placed on the property account.
If dues are not postmarked by January 31st, a late fee of $20.00 is placed on the property account. The total due is now $75.00.
If dues are not postmarked by February 28th, another late fee of $35.00 is placed on the property account. The total due is now $110.00.
If dues are not postmarked by March 31st, another late fee of $55.00 is placed on the property account. The total due is now $165.00.
If dues are not postmarked by April 30th, a lien is placed on the property. The $100.00 lien fee and $38.00 lien filing fee is placed on the property account.
